  Nice rooms, excellent breakfast , and most importantly the service that i recieved by the staff was the best i've had in all of the hotels i've stayed in.

  I stay at this location everytime I'm in town, the staff provides very good service. The Breakfast bar was by far the best that I have had at any Holiday Inn Express. The rooms are CLEAN, not a spec of dust. Very nice hotel I always look forward to staying at this specific location.

  Had booked a Pet-Friendly room. Turned out, pets are allowed on the 3rd floor, which is also a smoking floor. My dog had to ride up and down on the elevator to get to the room. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The room itself was a non-smoking room, but had a strange smell to it. Found several bugs in the room, both alive and dead. The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, with a wonderful selection of both hot and cold items (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, cinnamon rolls, french toast, cereals, fruit, juices and coffees). Advised the front desk about the bugs in the room at check-out, and he just said he would notify maintainance. Was disappointed in the quality and service of the hotel for the price paid for the room (appx. $* + $* non-refundable pet fee). Would not stay here again, and would not recommend this hotel for travellers with pets.

  Nice but un-empowered staff. rude,mean,uncaring owner. no apology for bed bugs. really.this is the worst.do not do ...

  NICE BUT UN-EMPOWERED STAFF. RUDE,MEAN,UNCARING OWNER. NO APOLOGY FOR BED BUGS. REALLY.THIS IS THE WORST.DO NOT DO IT
